Order Handling
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our daily cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Area
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other United States territories, or international addresses.
Delivery Time
After processing, delivery normally takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery may take longer because of carrier delays, weather, high volume, or other conditions outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
Carriers
We may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier selected for an order depends on the destination, package size, and service availability.
Tracking
When an order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it is available. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
